The resort reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
3. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and approved online payment gateways.
Guests are responsible for all applicable taxes, service charges, and additional fees associated with their reservation.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior during their stay.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Damage to resort property
Excessive noise or disturbance

The resort reserves the right to terminate accommodation without refund if these terms are violated.
6. Child Policy
Children below the age specified in the applicable package may stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Additional bedding and meal charges may apply.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
7. Resort Facilities
The use of resort facilities including gardens, recreational areas, indoor games, bonfire areas, restaurant facilities, parking, and common spaces is subject to operational availability.
The resort reserves the right to modify, restrict, or suspend facility access due to maintenance, weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
8. Food & Beverage Services
Outside food and beverages may not be permitted within resort premises unless approved by management.
Discounts, offers, and package inclusions are applicable only as specified.
Food allergies and dietary restrictions should be communicated in advance.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds shall be governed by the resort’s Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the website.
Refund eligibility, processing timelines, and cancellation charges may vary depending on the booking type and promotional package selected.
10. Liability
