At Allure Villa Nature Resort, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless booking experience and exceptional hospitality. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to reservations, cancellations, modifications, refunds, and no-show situations.

By making a reservation with Allure Villa Nature Resort, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and confirmation from Allure Villa Nature Resort.

Guests are advised to carefully review all booking details before confirming their reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may be subject to cancellation charges.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in retention of up to 100% of the booking amount.

Promotional & Special Offer Bookings

Reservations made under promotional offers, discounted packages, festive deals, honeymoon packages, anniversary packages, or special event offers may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

Such bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable as specified during the booking process.

3. Refund Policy

Where applicable, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment used during booking.

  • Eligible refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

  • Any transaction or payment gateway charges incurred during the booking process may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

4. Booking Modifications

Guests may request modifications to their reservation, including:

  • Change of travel dates

  • Room category upgrades

  • Guest details updates

All modification requests are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of amendment.

Additional charges may apply.

5. No-Show Policy

A reservation shall be considered a “No-Show” if the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification.

In such cases:

  • The booking may be automatically cancelled.

  • No refund shall be applicable.

  • The full booking amount may be retained by the resort.

6. Early Departure

Guests who choose to shorten their stay after check-in may not be eligible for refunds for unused nights, meals, or services included in the reservation.

Refund requests for early departures shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of the resort management.

7. Force Majeure

Allure Villa Nature Resort shall not be held liable for cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Landslides

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Strikes or labor disputes

In such situations, the resort may offer date changes, travel credits, or alternative solutions at its sole discretion.

8. Refund Exclusions

Refunds may not be available for:

  • No-show reservations

  • Unused services or inclusions

  • Early departures

  • Non-refundable promotional bookings

  • Third-party booking platform restrictions

  • Special event or festive season reservations where specified

9. Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through online travel agencies, booking portals, tour operators, or third-party platforms are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective booking provider.
